The managing director and owner of Probike Training and the trainer of all the below staff plus
over a hundred others throughout the country! An ex police Sergeant who set up the company in 2003 and helped it grow to its envied position in such a short time. Still in overall charge and runs all instructor training courses. A qualified trainer and Cardington1 CBT and DAS instructor. He is very proud of the company, especially the staff and the professionalism that Probike Training has brought to all aspects of the motorcycle training industry.

Came from the City of London where she worked as a PA. She works as our Office manager
who is there to deal with your enquiries and make everything run smoothly. An advanced rider of a CBR600 who passed her DAS test with us 1st time after leaving a poor school due to a substandard CBT. We saw her abilities and assets and offered her a job.
Paul L
An ex police officer that was an advance motorcyclist and driver both class1. Now a certified
trainer as well as a Cardington1 CBT and DAS instructor. He rode for the world famous "flying squad" for many years as an undercover officer and has also raced at club level. He now also helps with instructor training and all aspects of learner tuition.

A Cardington1 CBT DAS instructor who was a regional manager in the Royal Mail. Whilst
there he lead an expedition to Peru. He assists in instructor training as he is a qualified City and Guilds trainer

A serving police officer a class 1 advanced driver and Cardington1 CBT and DAS instructor.
He oversees the staff at the Chingford branch and helps in the smooth running for our North east London clients.
Colin
A Cardington1 and DAS instructor that has come from a managerial background and has run
marathons representing the England and the a qualified athletics coach. He therefore is a patient man with excellent people skills, also assists in training instructors as he is a certified trainer
Roy
An ex DSA examiner for some 19 years of both cars and bikes plus a Cardington Examiner
himself so obviously a Cardington1 CBT and DAS instructor. Now a serving police officer if he was a part time tax collector he would have the set! No really, a top guy who is very professional and has all the answers for any learner, and is a real asset to the Motorcycle Instructor Traning team.

An ex police Chief Inspector who is now one of the directors of Probike. A CBT DAS
Cardington1 instructor. A highly skilled rider who in the past was a surveilance motorcyclist for the police, a class 1 rider and class1 driver ....... that's probably why he is now the regional examiner for Rospa. Going far beyond the Rospa gold and Rospa Diploma that other biking schools brag about.

Another Cardington! CBT and DAS instructor. In addition a fully qualified mechanic that has
worked for both Honda and Triumph. A founder of the Bandit owners club a real motorcycle enthusiast.
Andy
A highly successful businessman in his own right, that has a passion for biking. With many
european motorcycle trips under his belt and many more planned. A Cardington1 CBT and DAS instructor comes as standard with all his biking knowledge.
Scott
A serving police office who on top of his DAS and Cardington qualification is a certified trainer
having taught at the police training college. He is one of the instructor training staff as well as CBT and DAS.

Once again a Cardington DAS instructor who had the task nof taking the first 10 Transport For
London/Metopolitan Police staff on test 9 passed first time two with no minor faults!

Our longest serving and only downtrained instructor on our staff. He has never had the time in
the week to take the 2 day Cardington test. If he ever leaves his full time lucrative job he will take the very next exam. |
