Probike Training reserves the right to alter the bike that you have booked, if we feel that in any way you are unsafe.

There is an excess policy on our insurance that you are responsible for. If you use one of our bikes this can be waivered at a cost of £50 ( £100 if on a Harley Course) for all courses. This will include all the the days and any tests or re-test, you only pay once. However we will be giving free waivers for ALL CBT courses. If for any reason, other than caused by Probike Training, your course is curtailed, you will be responsible for booking any lost time. We can cover you for poor weather such as snow and high winds for a one off fee of £30 for the whole course again no matter how many days you have booked plus your test day.. (this is free on a CBT course)

You must bring with you your Driving License (photo and paper if the new style) and a passport if not new style. You must have passed your Theory Test prior to starting your DAS/A2 course. The CBT certificate, Theory certificate and above license documents must be in your personal possesson whilst at Probike Training, failure to take them to test could lead to a loss of your test and fees incurred.

You are responsible for any equipment that you use from Probike Training and we expect you to take care of it accordingly, you will be charged for any neglectful, malicious or wilfull loss or damage on your part.

All deposits are non-refundable, any changes to any courses must have 10 clear working days notice (Sat/Sun not included) to avoid loss of course fees.
